All Day Rental
Our All Day venue rental is from 9am - 12am. We include tables, chairs, & linens for 80 guests! We also have a kitchen/bar area, food serving tables, and mens & womens restrooms.
We allow all vendors! We do not have a preference over a caterer so you are welcome to use whoever you’d like.

All day venue rental: 9am - 12am.
Peak Season (April - November)
$1300 plus tax (6%) Any Day
Off Peak Season (December - March)
$1000 plus tax (6%) Any Day
Each date requires an additional $200 refundable damage deposit.
Hourly Party Rental
Our Hourly Parties require a minimum of 4 hours. We provide a free additional hour with this rental for setup or cleanup to be factored in. Any additional hours can be added on.
Pricing is $87.50 per hour plus tax (6%) Any day
Linen Rental is additional with hourly parties. These can be added on or you may provide your own! Linen rental is $5 each plus tax.
